Sindh Institute of Health & Technology (SIHAT), Khairpur Mirs, in collaboration with the Rescue 1122 Khairpur Team, successfully organized a practical Basic Life Support (BLS) Workshop to strengthen students’ emergency response capabilities and develop essential life-saving skills.
The workshop was led by professional trainers from Rescue 1122 Khairpur, who demonstrated essential techniques for managing medical emergencies. The training covered the assessment of an unconscious person, activation of emergency response services, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), chest compressions, rescue breathing, recovery positioning, and choking management.
